Twist n Play Scooter Club has been running the game around Portland for the better part of a decade, and the Spring Scoot is such a good time. If you've got an engine with 2 wheels, you're welcome to join. Heck, you could even come out to one of the end locations if you just wanna check out all the cool scoots! Come on out!
